This is the grading sheet I will be using with peer tutors as they support the students in their classes. I keep all these sheets and use them for grading within my life skills classes. These are what you will now see for grades on Skyward. However I use the rubrics for measuring progress within the lessons. It is like the data grading is the overview of learning focus, behavior, and amount accomplished. It also tells me what support was needed to do the task. For many inclusion experiences that support may be extensive and sometimes stand by observation. I will have that record. The rubric tells me how well the student is mastering a skill or concept within the goal areas addressed. It is a subset of the first sheet. SO within our classroom I keep both. In the inclusion setting, just this one.
